Cadiou is a leading manufacturer of gates and fences in France.

Forty years after the beginning of the family adventure, the Breton company has established itself as the reference in the organization of outdoor living spaces.

To enable its professional and private customers to be autonomous in the installation of their portal, Cadiou was looking for a solution to replace the paper instruction manuals traditionally provided with their products with digital manuals. Their specifications were clear: to be provided with a simple platform to be able to distribute visual tutorials to their customers, available on all media (PC, mobile, tablet, PDF) and integrating the useful resources to carry out their project (tools, materials, exchange forum)..

At the end of 2017, Cadiou selected the Dokit platform to create, manage and distribute guides for the installation of its portal ranges. In less than a month, the platform was launched, internal teams were trained in its use and mastered great documentation practices. A few days later, the first customers accessed the tutorials created by the internal teams thanks to the QR code specifically put on the product packaging.

With the support of Dokit, Cadiou successfully made the transition to digital documentation by distributing visual tutorials that are easy to follow and always up-to-date. The whole project made it possible to enhance the know-how of experienced employees and bring great satisfaction to the company, which noticed a significant reduction in customer support requests.
